Wednesday, May 10, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-016: Smugtown Brewery – 2199 East Henrietta Road, to operate a brewery selling alcohol and light food with sit down and take out meal service, outdoor seating, and with the ability to have bands, DJs, or similar loud entertainment, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-1.005, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Site plan was modified on May 5, 2023 by the applicant to change the proposed location within the same plaza.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit Application was approved with a condition.
