November 16, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-042: Starbucks – 1000 Hylan Drive, to repurpose a portion of the former Uno Pizzeria building and operate a restaurant with sit down and take out meal service, outdoor seating, a drive-thru, and with an option to serve alcohol and have live music in the future, in a Planned Commercial Development Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.12-1-9.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved with conditions.
January 17, 2023 Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
PB22-0222 - For final site plan approval to re-purpose a portion of the former Pizzeria Uno for a Starbucks with a drive-thru (2,671 S.F.) on 14.06 acres located at 1000 Hylan Drive in a Planned Commercial Development (PCD) Zoned District. Tax Account No. 161.12-1-9.1.
