Wednesday, February 8, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-004: Take 5 Oil Change – Hylan Drive (will be known as 1300 Hylan Drive), to construct and operate a motor vehicle service facility, in a Planned Commercial Development Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.16-1-2.12, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved by Resolution, which is attached below in Files.
Tuesday, February 21, 2023 Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
For site plan approval of a 1,610 S.F. building with site improvements for a motor vehicle service facility located at (what will be known as) 1300 Hylan Drive in a Planned Commercial Development Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.16-1-2.12.
