March 27, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-006: TruCare Connections Inc. – 201 Scottsville-West Henrietta Road, to utilize a portion of the property as a community center, in a Planned Unit Development Zoned District, Tax Account No. 188.03-1-8, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
It was determined on March 26, 2024 that per Town Code §295-30[D](3), a Special Use Permit is not required.
