Wednesday, August 24, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-036: Twist Jamaican Grill – 2511 East Henrietta Road, to operate a Jamaican Restaurant with take-out meal services, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-81.11, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the approval was granted to have sit down and take out meal service.
