August 9, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, August9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-031: University of Rochester Urgent Care Facility – 1300 Jefferson Road, to operate an urgent care facility in a portion of an 8,086 SF building being constructed by Benderson Development Company (relocating from an existing building on the parcel), in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.07-1-5.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved.
