October 25, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-035: W.P. Hobbies and More – 137 Clay Road, to operate a motor vehicle service, repair, and supply shop, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.05-1-1./B, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in files below.
