June 9, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

Application No. 2021-044: Daytona Partners I, LLC – 3760 West Henrietta Road, to utilize the property as overflow parking for Van Bortel Subaru, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.15-1-13, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and posted online. 

The Special Use Permit public hearing for Daytona Partners I, LLC was closed. The Town Board has requested the applicant to provide information regarding the average number and maximum number of cars to be parked at 3760 West Henrietta Road. Additionally, final decision on this application cannot be made until the proposed Local Law to amend the Henrietta Town Code at Chapter 295 to address off-site storage for car dealerships. A public hearing for the proposed Local Law will be held on June 30, 2021 beginning at 7:00 p.m. and the Daytona Partners I, LLC Special Use Permit application will be considered during the resolution portion of the Town Board meeting. 

June 30, 2021 Town Board Meeting

The Town Board will be considering a Local Law to address off-site storage for car dealerships on June 30, 2021 beginning at 7:00 p.m. and the Daytona Partners I, LLC Special Use Permit application (No. 2021-044) will be considered during the resolution portion of the Town Board meeting.
