May 25, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-013 - Planned Parenthood of Central & Western NY – 376 Jefferson Road, to operate a medical office servicing as a diagnostic and treatment center and safety net provider, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.07-1-4.2, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
The public hearing was closed and no action was taken. Intentions are to reopen the public hearing on June 22, 2022.
Jun. 22, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, Jun. 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-013 - Planned Parenthood of Central & Western NY – 376 Jefferson Road, to operate a medical office servicing as a diagnostic and treatment center and safety net provider, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.07-1-4.2, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
DENIED - The public hearing was closed and the application was denied. Denial Resolution is attached in files below.
October 26, 2022 Court Ordered Approval
Special Use Permit Application No. 2022-013 for Planned Parenthood will be considered again at the Wednesday, October 26, 2022 Town Board meeting pursuant to a Court Order.
APPROVED - The Application was approved per the resolution attached in files below.
