A meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-046: RA Cenzi – Bailey Road, to allow vehicle parking on the property (currently Alliance Fleet), in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.19-1-80.12, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved by resolution (attached in files below).
