A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-005: RO Communications Inc. – 46 Erie Station Road, to store materials and equipment for a fiberoptic splicing/installation company, in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoned District, Tax Account No. 187.02-2-7, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-011: RO Communications Inc. – 46 Erie Station Road, to store materials and equipment for a fiberoptic splicing/installation company, in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoned District, Tax Account No. 187.02-2-7, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. (Previous approval of SP2023-005 expired.)
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
