March 27, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-009: Starbucks – 1012 Lehigh Station Road, to construct and operate a restaurant with sit down and take out service, outdoor seating and a drive-thru, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 175.11-1-13.3, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.
April 16, 2024 - Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
Application No. 24-004 Starbucks – For final site plan approval of a +/- 2,400 S.F. restaurant located at 1012 Lehigh Station Road on approximately 0.97 acres in an Industrial Zoned District. Tax Account No. 175.11-1-13.3. (SEQR)
