Planned hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday through Saturday.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved.

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. before the Henrietta Town Board to heal all person with regards to Special Use Permit Application No. 2021-062 - Super Crab Juicy Seafood – 1180 Jefferson Road, for outdoor seating at a seafood restaurant and bar, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.07-1-12.
