October 26, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-044: Floor & Decor – 20 Miracle Mile Drive, to allow a building height of +/- 36’, whereas Town Code only permits a height of 30’, for a retail store proposed to be constructed in the location of the former Macy’s building, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.12-1-1.1/B, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed, a SEQR Negative Declaration was issued, and the Special Use Permit was approved by the resolutions attached below in files.

PB22-018 - For final site plan approval of a freestanding 65,136 S.F. retail store on 6.74 acres located at 20 Miracle Mile Drive in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District. Tax Account No. 161.12-1-1.1/B.
Application Tabled
This project will be reviewed on December 20, 2022 with revised elevations and courtyard plans based on comments received at the Nov. 15th Planning Board Meeting.
