Application No. 2021-051 - The Pho Shop – 339 Jefferson Road, to operate a dine-in and take out restaurant serving Vietnamese and Thai food, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.06-1-5.2. Planned hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. seven days a week.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit application was approved.
December 14, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-049: Roc Pho Shop (Formerly The Pho Shop) – 339 Jefferson Road, to extend and modify the previously approved Special Use Permit Application No. 2021-051 (approved on September 8, 2021) to operate a dine-in and take out restaurant serving Vietnamese and Thai food, to now also allow outdoor seating, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.06-1-5.2, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. seven days a week.

Application No. 2023-038: Roc Pho Shop – 339 Jefferson Road, to modify the previously approved Special Use Permit Applications (No. 2021-051 to operate a dine-in and take out restaurant serving Vietnamese and Thai food and No. 2022-049 to have outdoor seating), to now also allow alcohol to be sold and to have occasional live music, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.06-1-5.2. Planned hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.
