July 13, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:

Application Nos. 2022-028/029: TownPlace Suites by Marriott - Kenneth Drive, in an Industrial, Tax Account No. 175.11-1-13.2, or as more particularly described in plans on file at the Town Clerk's Office.

  • 2022-028: to allow for th development of a 4-story extended stay hotel.
  • 2022-029: to allow a building height of +/- 52' for a 4-story hotel, whereas Town Code only permits a height of 40'.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permits approval resolutions are attached in the files below.

Sept. 20, 2022 Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.

For final site plan approval for a proposed 4-story (13,500 S.F. footprint) extended stay hotel with +/- 89 rooms on 2.7 acres located on Kenneth Drive in an Industrial Zoned District.  Tax Account No.  175.11-1-13.2.  (A 2-lot subdivision of the property is pending.)

June 28, 2023 Special Use Permit Extension

Special Use Permit Nos. 2022-028/029 for TownePlace Suites by Marriott were granted an extension by Town Board Resolution #14-244/2023 on June 28, 2023. The Resolution is attached in files below.

Planning Board to discuss approving a six-month extension of time for Application No. 22-016. Application now to expire on March 20, 2024.

Discussion Item:  Planning Board to discuss approving a second six-month extension for Application No. 22-016 that was originally approved on September 20, 2022 with a six-month extension that was granted on September 19, 2023. Planning Board to also discuss proposed change in height and updated elevations. Project to be located at Kenneth Drive in an Industrial Zoned District. Tax Account No. 175.11-1-13.22.

Application Nos. 2024-007/008: TownPlace Suites by Marriott (Indus Hospitality Group) – Kenneth Drive, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 175.11-1-13.21, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. (Previous approval of SP2022-028/029 expired - changes to the application are highlighted in bold italics).

  • 2024-007: to allow for the development of a 4-story extended stay hotel.
  • 2024-008: to allow a building height of +/- 55’ for a 4-story hotel, whereas Town Code only permits a height of 40’.
