January 18, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on January 18, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2022-051: East Henrietta Apartments by A.R. Building Company – 2160 East Henrietta Road, to construct two four-story apartment buildings for a total of 102 units, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-4.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

The public hearing was held open and will be continued at the February 8, 2023 meeting. 

February 8, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on February 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2022-051: East Henrietta Apartments by A.R. Building Company – 2160 East Henrietta Road, to construct two four-story apartment buildings for a total of 102 units, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-4.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

The public hearing was held open and will be continued at the February 22, 2023 meeting. 

February 22, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on February 22, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Building Company – 2160 East Henrietta Road, to construct two four-story apartment buildings for a total of 102 units, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-4.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Postponed - The application has been postponed and will be re-advertised prior to returning before the Town Board.

May 10, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on May 10, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2022-051: East Henrietta Apartments by A.R. Building Company – 2160 East Henrietta Road, to construct two four-story apartment buildings for a total of 102 units, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-4.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

The public hearing was closed but no action was taken. The Town Board anticipates considering taking action at the May 24, 2023 Town Board meeting.

May 24, 2023 Town Board Meeting

A meeting will be held on May 24, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to consider approving/denying the following Special Use Permit application:

Application No. 2022-051: East Henrietta Apartments by A.R. Building Company – 2160 East Henrietta Road, to construct two four-story apartment buildings for a total of 102 units, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-4.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

POSTPONED - The applicant requested the application be postponed in order to address a request from the Town Board regarding the projects density.

June 12, 2023 Public Forum

A public forum will be held during the Town Board Workshop meeting on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., to hear from neighboring residents what area improvements or benefits they would like to see when considering an Incentive Zoning inquiry from the applicant proposing the following Special Use Permit application:

Application No. 2022-051: East Henrietta Apartments by A.R. Building Company – 2160 East Henrietta Road, to construct two four-story apartment buildings for a total of 102 units, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-4.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Cancelled by Applicant - The applicant is in the process of acquiring additional land to reduce the density of the project and will be resubmitting updated plans. Residents are still welcome to provide general comments regarding the project.

August 9, 2023 Town Board Meeting

A meeting will be held on August 9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to consider approving/denying the following Special Use Permit application (changes to the application are highlighted in bold italics):

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit application was approved by the resolutions attached in the files below.

Sep. 19, 2023 Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.

Application No. 23-013 – For final site plan approval of two multi-family apartment buildings containing a total of 101 units located at 2160 East Henrietta Road in a Commercial B-2 District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC). Tax Account Nos. 162.18-2-2 & 162.18-2-4.1. (Administrative re-subdivision of the two lots into one is pending.)
