August 30, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-032: Central Bark of Rochester (Cademery Properties, LLC) – 65 Saginaw Drive, to repurpose an existing 6,900 SF building to be a doggy daycare, grooming, and boarding facility with the sale of dog related products, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.11-1-17, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
The public hearing was held open with intentions to continue it on September 13, 2023.
