June 22, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-025: Relaxation & Health Spa, LLC – 3029 Brighton–Henrietta Town Line Road, to provide reflexology services along with aromatherapy and hypnosis, in an Industrial/Limited Commercial Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 149.19-1-5, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
