Public Meeting Participation Information

Effective July 1, 2021, Board meetings without a public hearing component will be held in person only - Conservation Board, Ethics Board, Historic Site Committee, and Town Board Workshop.

Board meetings with public hearings will continue to offer public participation both in person and virtually - Special Use Permit, Town Board, Planning Board, and Zoning Board. Please see below for information on how to participate virtually. However, if you happen to miss a meeting that's held virtually, you can always watch the video afterwards at your convenience on the Town of Henrietta, NY YouTube Channel (if an ASL interpreter is used during the meeting, they may not always be visible on the YouTube stream).

While the Town provides an ASL interpreter, when available, at the regularly scheduled Town Board meetings, we do not for Town Board Workshops, special Town Board meetings, or any other Board meetings. If you plan to attend any meeting and need an ASL interpreter, please contact the Town Clerk’s Office at (585) 359-7035 or townclerk@henrietta.org – requests made less than two business days prior to the meeting may result in us being unable to schedule an interpreter.

As always, should you have any questions please contact the Town Clerk’s Office at (585) 359-7035 or townclerk@henrietta.org.
