January 27, 2021 - Application No. 2020-023 by Park Grove Realty - To construct a +/- 120 unit multi-family community.

The Henrietta Town Board approved the Special Use Permit for this project. 

April 20, 2021 - Application No. 2021-005  by Park Grove Realty - For final site plan approval of +/- 110 multi-family community on two separate areas of a 26 acre parcel. Located on Scottsville-West Henrietta Road in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) District. Tax Account No. 188.03-1-16.111. 

The Henrietta Planning Board approved the final site plan for this project. 

February 15, 2022 - Planning Board Public Hearing & Workshop Meeting

Application No. PB-331 - Riverton Parcel E Subdivision – For preliminary subdivision approval of a 3-lot subdivision of +/- 26 acres for the purpose of creating a conservation area to be donated to the Town located at Moore Road & Scottsville-West Henrietta Road in a Planned Unit Development Zoned District.  Tax Account No. 188.03-1-16.111.

Preliminary Subdivision Approval Granted

May 17, 2022 - Planning Board Meeting - Board to discuss approving a six-month extension of time on the approval of the above noted site plan application. 

Extension Approved, this application shall now expire on October 20, 2022.
