Wednesday, February 8, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-001: Rivian, LLC – 65 Becker Road, to operate a Rivian electric vehicle auto service facility, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 188.02-1-75.111, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
POSTPONED - The application has been updated to include specialty vehicle sales and will be held on February 22, 2023.

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-001: Rivian, LLC – 65 Becker Road, to operate a Rivian electric vehicle auto service facility and specialty motor vehicle sales location, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 188.02-1-75.111, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved with conditions.
