Project Type:
- Capital Project - Town sponsored project
- Special Use Permit
- Planning Board
- Zoning Board
- Approved for Construction - The design plans have been approved.
- Admin. Review - No formal Board meetings are required for this project.
Project Status:
- Board Review - Project is under the review of the applicable Board.
- Engineering Review - Project is still under the design process, so no approvals have been granted.
- Approved - Building Permits Needed - Project has been granted approval to start construction, but no work has commenced.
- Approved and Inactive - The project has not started, is on hold, or the construction work has stopped.
- Building Permit Application Submitted
- Building Permit Issued
- Letter of Credit Posted - Letter of Credit has been submitted to the Town and approved.
- Under Construction - Project has met all criteria and been approved for construction.
- Post Construction - Project has completed the necessary construction elements and been given a Certificate of Occupancy. Small construction elements, punch lists, or construction drawings may still be needed for completion.
- Completed - All construction elements, punch lists, and construction related drawings have been completed and accepted by the Town.
