March 27, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing / Town Board Meeting Action
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-005: Impact Earth (R.M. Putney & Associates, Inc.) – 520 Middle Road, to operate a composting site, in a Residential 1-15 Zoned District (to be Industrial Zoned District), Tax Account No. 175.04-1-10.12, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
The public hearing was held open with intentions to continue it at the April 17, 2024 Town Board Meeting.
The Town Board awarded the winning Request for Proposal response for the operation of a compost facility on Town property at 520 Middle Road to R.M. Putney & Associates, Inc., dba Impact Earth by Resolution #7-125/2024.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed, a SEQR Negative Declaration was issued, and the Special Use Permit was approved by the resolution attached below in files.

The Town Board is considering authorizing an agreement between the Town of Henrietta and Impact Earth for them to operate a compost facility on the Town's property.
