Visiting Town Hall In Person During COVID-19

If you are not feeling well or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not come to the Town Hall.

The current COVID Pandemic Status for Town facilities is indicated by the icon in the upper right corner of the screen. You can read about the current status by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner or read about all of the statuses by visiting the COVID Pandemic Status page.

Hand sanitizer stations will still be provided throughout the building.

Additionally, we have installed new automatic door openers that are touchless! They look like the image below, and as noted on the devices themselves, you just need to wave your hand in front of them for the door to open. Don't be alarmed if on the way into the building the sensor detects your movement and opens automatically!

Once inside Town Hall, each wing door is unlocked and you are welcome to come in. However, there are still plexiglass partitions to provide separation when at the counter.

A service window with a pass-through drawer will still be available for those visiting the Clerk’s Office that may feel uncomfortable entering the office area.

External Drop Box Available
We have installed a secure drop box that is available 24 hours a day. All deposits will be collected at 9 a.m. every business day by the Town Clerk's Office and processed using the previous business day's date.

The drop box is located outside the east wing entrance of Town Hall.

Please be advised that the only form of payment accepted in the drop box will be check or money order. As a reminder, please include a payment stub with your check to ensure proper processing.

Alternative Options:
Please note that we do still have a self-service drop box in the west wing entrance during normal business hours and we'll still be conducting business online, through the mail, and via telephone. Feel free to contact us at townclerk@henrietta.org or (585) 359-7035 if you have any questions.
