Application No. 2021-056 - 3553 West Henrietta Road, to operate a restaurant with dine in, take out, and delivery, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.11-1-13. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved.
September 28, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-039: Chappy’s Hots (Chappy’s Fish Fry Inc.) – 3553 West Henrietta Road, to allow the sale of alcohol at an existing restaurant with sit down and take out meal services, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.11-1-13. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
