May 11, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-017 - Namaste Indian Grill – 3675 West Henrietta Road, to operate a restaurant serving alcohol with dine in and take out meal service, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.11-1-14, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
