Wednesday, May 10, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-017: Rochester Institute of Technology – 1 Lomb Memorial Drive, to allow a building height of 54’, whereas Town Code only permits a height of 35’, in a Residential R-1-15 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.01-1-7.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved by resolution, which is attached in files below.
