Wednesday, May 8, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-016: Ted Hosmer – 1243 Lehigh Station Road, to allow the building to be utilized as migrant worker housing, with a maximum of six concurrent documented migrant workers, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 175.16-1-4, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
