A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-001 - Rochester Motors NY LLC (Tesla Motors) – 3535 West Henrietta Road, to convert an existing furniture store into an automotive service center, educational gallery, and vehicle display, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.11-1-12.1.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved. The approval resolution is attached below under "Files."
