February 24, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting was held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2021-007: Aptitude Rochester, LLC – East River Road, to construct six student housing buildings with a total of +/- 202 units, in an Industrial Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Employment Center Overlay District (MUEC), Tax Account No. 174.02-1-17, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and posted online.  Whereas the Special Use Permit is solely to authorize the residential portion of the project, the developer is also proposing 20 percent of the parcel to be civic/park space and 30 percent of the parcel to be for industrial space.

The public hearing was kept open.

April 14, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:

Application Nos. 2021-028/007: Aptitude Rochester, LLC – East River Road, in an Industrial Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Employment Center Overlay District (MUEC), Tax Account No. 174.02-1-17, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and posted online. 

  • 2021-018: to allow a mixed-use development on the parcel including residential, industrial, and civic/park space components.
  • 2021-007: to construct six student housing buildings with a total of +/- 202 units.

The public hearing was closed.

May 26, 2021 Special Use Permit Approval

Resolution #11-147/2021 Accepting SEQR Determination and issuing a Negative Declaration for the Aptitude Mixed-Use Development on East River Road.

Resolution #11-148/2021 Approving Special Use Permit No. 2021-028 for a Mixed-Use Development requested by Aptitude Rochester, LLC to allow the construction of a mixed-use development comprising of residential apartments, park, and industrial uses. 

Resolution #11-149/2021 Approving Special Use Permit No. 2021-007 by Aptitude Rochester, LLC to allow the construction of residential student apartments as a component use of its proposed mixed-use development.
