The farmhouse at 3306 East Henrietta Road, built in the mid to late 1880s, was the home of Henry Burger.  Mr. Burger served as clerk of the Board of Trustees of the Henrietta High School from 1921 to 1946.  He was instrumental in having the Henrietta High School accredited as a full four year high school in 1926 by the NYS Board of Regents.  His name is on one of the Rush-Henrietta Central School District’s junior high school buildings.

As part of the former Good Shepherd property owned by Marianne Cope Roman Catholic Parish, the farmhouse was transferred to the Rush-Henrietta Central School District in 2019 (filed in the Monroe County Clerk's Office July 10, 2019) and subsequently to the Town of Henrietta in 2021 (filed in the Monroe County Clerk's Office May 27, 2021).
