The ownership of the former Church of the Good Shepherd property was transferred from Marianne Cope Roman Catholic Parish to the Rush-Henrietta Central School District in 2019 (filed in the Monroe County Clerk's Office July 10, 2019) and subsequently to the Town of Henrietta in 2021 (filed in the Monroe County Clerk's Office May 27, 2021).
