HENRIETTA PUBLIC HEARING & PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

A Public Hearing will be held before the Henrietta Town Board on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regard to the Draft Supplemental Generic Environmental Impact Statement (DSGEIS) for incentive zoning and updated solar regulations, and is available for public review on the Henrietta Town website, in the Henrietta Town Clerk’s Office, 475 Calkins Road, and the Town Public Library, 455 Calkins Road.  The public is cordially invited to attend and be heard.  Comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on April 25, 2021.

Please check by 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting for last minute updates, in the event of pandemic related changes.
